Cancellation
Reminders will be sent 48 and 24 hours before your appointment, however it is your responsibility to arrive on time.
Please note that 24 hours notification of cancellation or change of your appointment is required, otherwise a late fee of 50% of booked service fee may be incurred.
Any cancellation due to infectious illness such as COVID-19, influenza, cough/cold will not incur a fee, but as much notice as you can give will be appreciated.
